Design & Testing of updated TSTLP Controlled Early Streamer Emission Air Terminal (C.ESEAT) equipped with HIGH-Quality Stainless Steel or central pick up rod, full electrical continuity between the tip and the earth point shall be ensured. Fully autonomous (no battery, no exteral power supply required) which shall collect ambient energy through its lower electrodes. Timing of the streamer emission controlled with an electronic device that detcts the lightning and triggers a streamer
